Whatisthe Wine Club?

Our Wine Club is a membership programme that rewards loyal customers. As a member you'll receive regular wine deliveries throughout the year, as well as other fantastic benefits that can be enjoyed online and in cellar door. 

What benefits to members receive?

There are many benefits to being a member, including exclusive pricing (up to 20% off), free shipping wihtin Australia, first access to special offers and invitations and complimentary tastings in Cellar Door.

How does it work?

Join the club is free and you'll have access to all the perks immediately. By joining you are making a committment to purchase a minimum number of deliveries - the number depends on your membership type. If you cancel before the initial minimum number or deliveries, a cancellation fee of $50 applies.For more details, view our Wine Club Terms & Conditions here.

What is included in my delivery?

We have three membership types to choose from, including both curated and personally customised selections. And if your preferences change, you can easily update your membership through the online members portal.

I've joined the club. What happens now?

We will email you two weeks before the next shipment advising which wines you will receive and when we expect to dispatch. If you would like to make any changes to your order or delivery information, this is your opportunity to login to the members portal make any updates.

Who do you use to ship wines?

We use Australia Post to ship our wines nationally. Occassionally, orders within Melbourne will be delivered by Schlepp, a local courier service. On request, we can organise delivery with Anonymous Wine Freight, however, this may incur an additional cost. (Staff sometimes deliver local orders by hand.)

I have selected a curated membership. How will I know which wines I am scheduled to receive?

Approximately two weeks before dispatch you will receive an email detailing the wines included in your next delivery.

My cellar is full at the moment. Can I skip my next delivery?

Yes. You can submit a request to skip or delay your next delivery through the membership portal, or by emailinghello@pimpernel.com.au

I think I deleted your last email about my upcoming club delivery. What happens if I don't respond or login?

If we don’t hear from you, we will assume you are happy for us to ship your current wine selection.

What if I want to delay my order on joining?

You can let us know when you would like to receive your first shipment by including a note in your delivery instructions i.e. 'Please ship after 08/08/24' or by emailinghello@pimpernel.com.au

Cellar Door

How long do tastings last?

Our tastings include a flight of six tasting samples and last for approximately one hour.

Do you serve food?

We are a small tasting-only venue, and do not provide food service or wine-by-glass. However, we are very happy to provide you with recommendations for other Yarra Valley venues that offer these services.
