At Pimpernel Vineyards we do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. To help us do this in the best way possible, please consider the following advice:
- If you are not at home during the day, please advise whether you are happy to give the courier the authority to leave the package somewhere safe.
- Please provide us with your mobile number to contact you upon delivery.
- Our delivery partners will not deliver an order to someone under 18 years of age, and you may be asked to provide proof of ID.
- If temperatures are forecast to reach 35 degrees or more at the time of delivery, we will not deliver as the wine risks overheating and becoming oxidised. In these instances, rest assured that we will do our best to deliver your order and will contact you to arrange an appropriate time.
Delivery Timeframe
All goods have an expected delivery time of 3 to 10 business days.
