Wine Club Terms & Conditions

By joining the Wine Club you agree to the following terms and conditions

1. You are making an ongoing commitment to purchase a minimum number of club deliveries within 12 months of becoming a member. ASeasonal Selectionis a commitment to purchase four club deliveries. AWinemaker'sorPersonal Selectionis a commitment to purchase two club deliveries.
2. If you wish to cancel before completing your minimum number of deliveries, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
3. You may cancel your membership after the initial deliveries.
4. You provide us authority to debit the nominated credit card prior to dispatch of each delivery.
5. Your contact details will be added to our customer database, and you agree to add hello@pimpernel.com.au to your email safe sender list.
6. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are current and correct. If you unsubscribe from emails, your emails bounce, incorrect details are provided, or emails are not opened, you may receive deliveries without notice.
7. It is your responsibility to update delivery details prior to dispatch. You will be responsible for any freight charges incurred as a result of outdated delivery details. Any delivery errors on our behalf will be corrected at our cost.
8. Stock and vintage availability, wine prices, discounts and membership benefits are subject to change at any time, without prior notice.
9. You are 18 years of age or older.
10. These T&Cs and other club details may change at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
